Valente Marques - Foreman
| Valente has been with Karma Works from the very beginning. He started working with Stuart 2 years before the company was even formed and has been right along side since 1999 as the company has grown. Having previous construction experience as well as having learned and worked his way up through the ranks of Karma Works, he knows the systems, the steps, and manner in how Stuart wants things done, maintaining the control over the quality of product given on each project. Valente is the company's top foreman and has been invaluable to the company's success through the years. He is the right hand. |

Aldo Trejo - Lead Man
| Aldo's construction experience has been extensive in many styles, climates, and systems in the 20 years he has put in. He has worked on homes in the beach resort community of San Carlos, Mexico, the mountain resort town of Aspen, Co. and now in our piece of heaven, Santa Fe, NM. Aldo first apprenticed as a carpenter, but through the years, like most of us, moved on to various fields such as timber framing, roofing, finish carpentry, cabinets, doors, hardwood floors and now having joined the Karma Works crew, has been sharpening all of these skills and the many more that come with custom home construction from the ground up. Aldo now plays a key role in our company in executing jobs, running crews, and making things happen. He is focused, reliable, and takes pride in his work. It shows everyday. |

Left to Right:
Valente, Gerardo, Adelso, Stuart, Juan, Mario, Aldo
Juan Almaraz
Juan has been a reliable employee of Karma Works since 2003 and has been a real asset to the company. Although he started out as a labor, he has applied himself in his work ethics and has moved up through the years. He is now starting to be counted on by Stuart, Valente, and Aldo to assist in executing work, expediting materials and tools, and getting the job done when what is needed is sweat and effort. Jorge has built his skills in framing, tile, wood floors, ICF's, concrete, and many other areas. He is on his way to being a lead man for the other Forman of Karma Works and eventually a Forman himself. We have high hopes for Juan.

Mario Gonzales
Although Mario is new to the company, he is familiar to most of us here. He as been evolved with many of our projects as a plasterer and drywaller for the sub-contractor that has been doing Karma Works work since the beginning. He recently joined the crew and has shown himself to be of value in much more than just plaster and drywall. Given a set of pouches, he is capable of adding a valuable set of hands to any task and we expect much more from him as time goes on. He has the right attitude and that gets you half way there alone.
Adelso Cante
Adelso has been with Karma Works since 2005. He started as a labor, but has been buying tools of the trades and is trying to learn and grow into more. His apprenticeship in carpentry is his focus, but his demeanor and willingness to dive into anything has been a welcome part of this crew and his, never idol hands are what every job needs. Adelso is well liked by everyone and a pleasure to be around so we'll be keeping him around!!
Gerardo Robles
Gerardo is our middle man. He is the guy that everyone is always happy to grab for their crew for the day. A no nonsense type of worker, he generally has little to say, but never quits moving. As a apprentice carpenter and all around tradesman, he has done well and has even excelled in the area of drywall work. As with all of our crew we expect to see more from Gerardo as the years pass. Given his work ethic, there is no limit for this man. He is a very valuable hand.
