Owner - Stuart Penny - Experience

1983 to 1989 - 6 years - Working with step father who was a general contractor through junior high and high school.

1989 to 1990 - 1 year - Tree trimming and irrigation systems with landscape company in Santa Fe. (Specialty - tree climbing)

1990 to 1992 - 1.5 years - Industrial electrical work with Brown and Root, Inc. (Building industrial plants - included electrical trade school)

1992 to 1994 - 2 years - Concrete restoration with HGS, Inc in Marathon Key, Florida. (Specialties - underwater concrete, and foundations)

1994 to 1995 - 1 year - Custom Home Painting for local company in Santa Fe. (Specialty - High end homes.

1995 to 1997 - 2 years - 1st Entrepreneurial business as small project contractor in Santa Fe.

1997 to 1999 - 2 years - contractor apprenticeship as working foreman for custom home builder and in-house plumbing contractor in Santa Fe. Specialty - High end homes.

1999 to 2007 - 8+ years - Started Karma Works, Inc.
